A family’s devotion to flour
The founder of the Tezcan Un family, which has carried a milling tradition for over 60 years with experience and professionalism, is the late Yüksel Tezcan.
In 1991 he brought the 150 t/day mill in Bornova to İzmir; in 1999 we built the 750 t/day facility in Menemen. Today, with a total daily capacity of 900 tons, we supply high-quality, efficient wheat flour backed by comprehensive analysis.
We deliver fast, reliable solutions to our customers’ needs and, with our own vehicle fleet, ship our products under the most favorable conditions.
From Akşehir to the world, step by step
- 1957
The story begins in Akşehir
The deepest roots of milling were laid in this period. Our founder Yüksel Tezcan continued the family tradition through the flour mills in Eğirdir and Akşehir for many years.
- 1991
The journey to İzmir
Drawn by the Aegean’s fertile soil and İzmir’s strategic location, we brought our 150 t/day mill in Bornova to İzmir.
- 1999
Onward to Menemen
To raise our capacity, we built our fully equipped 750 t/day facility in Menemen, İzmir.
- 2004
State-of-the-art production
To keep pace with technology, we added the era’s most advanced machinery and new units to our facility.
- 2005
Tezcan Un goes global
With our high quality and efficient service, we opened to the world in 2005, serving customers at home and abroad.

Confident steps into the future
After our founder Yüksel Tezcan, Haluk Tezcan became chairman; R&D efforts were intensified to meet every flour demand.

Firsts in R&D
With our own resources, after the Aegean’s first and only Dried Flour facility, in 2012 we opened the region’s first and only Organic Flour facility.

With the third generation in charge today, we continue our investments with the same passion as the first day. Acting with the awareness of pioneering innovation and staying among the leaders in domestic and international markets, we sustain our success in R&D.
